1、制定新产品导入（NPI）从项目启动到量产的开发时间表，监控并跟进开发状态，确保按计划进行。
（Develop the New Product Introduction (NPI) development schedule from kick - off to mass production input, monitor and follow up on the development status to ensure it proceeds as planned.）
2、与跨职能团队（如技术运营 TO、生产、先期产品质量策划 APQP、质量团队等）定期召开开发评审会议。
（Hold regular development review meetings with cross - functional teams such as Technology Operations (TO), Production, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Quality.）
3、突出并提前向各职能部门警示风险，告知如何应对。
（Highlight and alert each function to risks in advance and inform them how to cover it.）
4、与跨职能团队协作解决问题，如关键阶段产能限制、生产过程中的技术问题、设计变更等，以确保新产品导入的准时性。
（Coordinate with cross - functional teams to solve problems, such as capacity constraints during critical phases, technical issues during production, and design changes to ensure the punctuality of NPI.）
5、及时上报影响新产品导入组件服务的关键问题。
（Escalate critical points that impact NPI components service in a timely manner.）
6、擅长数据收集和分析。
（Be good at data collection and analysis.）
7、面对冲突并进行处理。
（Face conflicts and handle them.）
任职要求:
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above.
2、英语听说读写流利，大学英语四级或以上。
Fluent verbal and written English, CET4 or above.
3、熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint，具备良好的数据分析技能。
Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, good data analysis skills.
4、有 2 年或以上相关工作经验。
