岗位职责:
核心职责/Job Responsibilities
1.熟练操作5轴/6轴/MEL二代三代/华煜CNC机床，具备开机调试能力。
Operate and debug 5-axis/6-axis/MEL II&III/Huayu CNC machines.
2.负责人员排班、加班及调班安排（Paloma&TRW项目增量人员）。
Manage shift scheduling, overtime, and staffing for Paloma&TRW projects.
3.跟踪订单周期(L/T)、在制品(WIP)、每日产出(OP)及效率。
Monitor production KPIs: Lead Time, WIP, Daily Output, efficiency.
4.执行设备点检，及时上报故障并协助工程部门解决。
Conduct equipment checks and report malfunctions to engineers.
5.与前后工序领班协作处理异常，确保生产流畅。
Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams to resolve issues.
6.及时反馈品质异常至QA/工程部门并上报主管。
Report quality issues to QA/Engineering and escalate to supervisors.
7.提出人员/工艺/设备/工安方面的改善建议。
Propose improvements for personnel/process/equipment/safety.
任职要求:
任职要求/Qualifications
1.5年以上CNC加工经验，熟悉华煜/MEL等机型。
5+ years CNC machining exp. (Huayu/MEL machines preferred).
2.能阅读简单加工程序和图纸。
Read basic CNC programs & drawings.
3.有20人以上团队调度经验。
Experience managing 20+ staff.
4.抗压能力强，适应快节奏生产环境。
Work well under pressure in fast-paced settings.
5.能清晰传达指令并协调跨班组合作。
Clear communication for cross-team collaboration.
6.能接受倒班制。
can accept the shift work (day/night rotation).
