岗位职责:

工作职责 / Responsibilities:

1. 负责智能眼镜和普通眼镜新产品的导入，包括品控文件制作和报告审核。

- Lead new product introduction (NPI) for smart glasses and standard eyewear, including QC documentation preparation and report review.

2. 收集分析新产品不良问题，提出解决方案，并发布质量报告。

- Collect and analyze defects in new products, propose corrective actions, and issue quality reports.

3. 与技术、计划、生产等部门开会讨论开发过程中的问题，并提出建议。

- Attend meetings with R&D, planning, and production teams to address development issues and provide recommendations.

4. 推动相关部门解决开发中的问题，验证并关闭问题项。

- Drive cross-departmental solutions for development challenges, verify implementations, and close issues.

任职要求:

详细要求 / Requirements:

1. 具备六西格玛质量管理经验，能熟练使用Minitab进行数据分析。

- Experience in Six Sigma quality management, proficient in using Minitab for data analysis.

2. 有品质工程师工作经验，能运用PDCA和5W1H方法深入分析问题根本原因并提出改善对策。

- Prior experience as a Quality Engineer, skilled in root cause analysis using PDCA and 5W1H methodologies to propose effective countermeasures.

3. 良好的沟通能力，会制作8D报告，并与其他部门及上下游品质窗口协作。

- Strong communication skills with the ability to create 8D reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams and quality stakeholders.

4. 熟悉注塑模具设计及成型工艺，能准确分析产品和模具不良问题并提供改善方案。

- Knowledgeable in injection mold design and molding processes, capable of accurately analyzing product/mold defects and providing improvement solutions.

5. 英语读写流利，能用英语收发邮件及撰写文件、报告。

- Fluent in written and spoken English for emails, documentation, and reporting.
