岗位职责:

工作职责/Job Description:

1. 根据项目进度负责及时准确的制定周/月度/季度生产计划，并同时负责储备人力和技能满足生产需求

Responsible for production weekly, monthly, quarterly build plan, meantime coordinates human resources and skills in advance.

2. 领导每日生产运营，确保生产运营指标的达成

Leading the daily production operation, ensure the production operation KPIs achievement.

3. 参与产线人力需求和产能计划的制定，并定期总结向生产经理汇报

Work with cross function team to draw up the human resources and production capacity plan, regular summary status and report to production manager.

4. 领导各项生产运营指标的预算，如效率，辅料成本，人力成本等

Leading the forecast of production ops cost, for example Eff., consumables, cost of DLs.

5. NPI项目中作为生产部门的leader配合完成项目中和production相关的各项任务安排

During NPI period, as a leader from production side to cooperate with PM team.

6. 关注和关爱员工，不断激励下属挑战更高的绩效指标和职业规划，持续提升团队核心竞争力

Care about the staff, encourage subordinates to take more responsibility, improve team core competitiveness.

7. 管理员工绩效，按时领导团队完成员工绩效评估, 并确保以公平公正公开的政策执行

Manage employee

s performance, ensure the performances are implemented with open door strategy.

8.协助部门经理制订明确可衡量的目标, 推动个人和团队不断改进业务指标

Assist production manager to establish clear measurable goals and drive individuals and team to continuously improve the KPIs.

9.持续推动工厂在安全，成本，品质，和交期方面的不断改善

Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, cost, quality, and delivery.

10.部门经理指示的其他职责

Execute other duties from production manager.

任职要求:

岗位要求/Job Prerequisite:

1.大专或以上学历，具备英文读写能力，口语能满足工作优先

Colleage degree or above, better can handle speaking in English, reading and writing English is a must.

2.有专业消费、汽车电子类管理经验优先；

Have experience on consumer electronics or automotive electronics is preferred.

3.良好的沟通技巧，能和团队成员良好协作

Good communication and teamwork

4.优秀的团队领导力和敏锐的风险管控意识

Strong leadership and risk management mindset

5.诚实正直，充满激情并热爱学习
