岗位职责:

1.独立操作常用注塑机，日常调机，工艺优化 Independent operation of injection molding machine, daily adjustment, process optimization.

2. 管理和优化注塑参数，注塑工艺Manage and optimize injection molding parameters and injection molding process.

3. 对模具结构清晰，需提供模具改善，优化方案Familiar in mold structure , improvement and optimization plan

任职要求:

1. 7年以上注塑机工作，消费电子专业 7 years above experience on injection machine adjustment, Consumer Electronics Specialist

2. 熟悉注塑模具结构，对模具结构有清晰认知 Be familiar with thin - wall injection - molded products in injection molding and have a clear understanding of the mold structure.

3. 有较强责任心，良好的沟通，协调和解决问题的能力 Very good communication skills & coordinate abilities.

4. 熟悉6西格玛，对FAI/CPK有清晰认知 Be familiar with Six Sigma and have a clear understanding of FAI/CPK审批 APPROVAL

5. 良好的英文听说读写能力Good English both in Writing and speaking
