岗位职责:
1、针对新导入的钛部件，组织与生产、QA、和工艺工程的内部评估会议。
Organize internal evaluation meetings with Deco production, QA, and PE for NPI titanium components.
2、提供设计失效模式与效应分析（DFMEA）和过程失效模式与效应分析（PFMEA）的技术支持。
Provide technical support for DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
3、总结评估结果，并通过 PPT 向设计团队反馈。
Summarize the evaluation results and feedback to the design team via PPT.
4、让 FMIC 团队参与并邀请他们加入与 FMIC 生产过程相关的评估活动。
Involve and invite the FMIC team to join the evaluation activities related to FMIC production processes.
5、审核图纸，更新结果及意见 / 建议。
Review the drawing update results and comments/proposals
6、跟进设计团队，并反馈需要提前测试的未解决问题。
Follow up with the design team and feedback on the open points that need to be tested in advance.
任职要求:
1、大专及以上，材料、机械相关专业
2、5年以上新产品导入经验，熟悉NPI的评估流程
3、熟悉冲压、机加工以及表面处理的基础知识
4、熟悉3D/2D软件，如CAD、Creo等
5、英语口语流利
