Responsibilities岗位职责
1. 【Target setting】Validate targets, target cascading to branch, suggest adjustments respecting rules, guide and lead branch SPPM to cascade down to AM/SV/SR, BP/DT and store level;
【目标设定】审核目标并传递至办事处，基于规则提出修改建议，指导并带领办事处SPPM完成到AM/SV/SR、BP/DT及门店层面的分解和沟通；
2. 【Sales Forecast】Guide and lead branch SPPM to conduct 23rd version and 8th version rolling forecast of shipment and offtake based on rolling QBP and trade activities and balance SOI inventory level and freshness; review total forecast by branch level and communicate with RSD for further adjust if needed;
【销量预测】指导和带领办事处SPPM完成23号和8号版的shipment和offtake滚动预测，基于QBP、渠道活动，以及SOI库存水平和新鲜度的平衡；审核各办事处整体的销量预测，与RSD沟通调整事宜（如需要）；
3. 【SOI management】Daily Compass/GS/Offtake consolidation and progress monitoring/SOI management on sales side/” Circuit Breaker” follow through /demand planning support
【SOI管理】每日compass/GS/offtake整合和进度监测；销售的SOI管理；熔断跟进；为需求计划提供支持；
4. 【Regional Sales committee meeting】Support RSD to review business scorecard and find opportunities and guide BM/functional team to discuss and conduct action plan in monthly regional sales committee;
【区域管委会议】协助RSD回顾生意记分卡挖掘机会点，指导BM和职能在区域管委会上讨论输出行动计划；
5. 【KPI management】Follow up KPI achievements by BM/AM/SV and organize performance review process:
【KPI管理】跟进BM/AM/SV的KPI达成，组织业绩回顾流程；
• Strong contact with HQ sales for local;
基于大区需要，密切联系总部销售部门；
• identify execution opportunities;
识别执行机会点；
6. 【Sales Incentive and Contest】【销售奖金和激励竞赛】
• Cascade down Sales incentive scheme and sales contest communication at region/branch level;
在大区/办事处层面，通达销售奖金和销售竞赛机制；
• Develop tailor-made incentive program at regional level to motivate sales team based on regional business need;
制定大区自定义的奖金方案，基于本地生意需求，激励销售团队；
• Support HQ to conduct quarterly and monthly sales incentive and confirm at regional and branch level to ensure accuracy and punctuality ;
协助总部完成月奖和季奖的计算核对，推动办事处SPPM奖金核查和及时性；
