The Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal role in will helping to ensure that Account is fully compliant to Client Contract Procurement conditions through Contract Commercial support and Sourcing and establish a Supplier Performance Management framework for the Account.
providing professional service in managing and collaborating with all the JLL account vendor partners to deliver the MSA deliverables in accordance to the savings glidepath, service quality and compliance requirements. Manage the End-to-End engagement of vendors across APAC by working with JLL local site leads on supporting the process and deliverables.
Main Role & Responsibility for account procurement:
- Manage the procurement process and ensure process compliance
- Continue to drive the account Saving targets
- Vendor Management (onboarding, offboarding, COI, Supplier Performance Management, Supplier Relations Management)
- Contract management (new, amendment, renewal)
- Report & governance management

Responsibilities,
Vendor Management
o Collaborate with local/regional/global JLL S&P team support in recommending the right vendor for the service required
o Collaborate with finance/solution team on all solutions during the account operation
o Responsible for managing escalations with vendors concerned by helping the local site leads on operation matters
Contract renewals and amendments
o Monitor the vendor contract status to ensure assessment and endorsement for renewal are executed and managed
o To include ensuring that all contracts, amendments, terminations and other contractual related matters are logged and saved in Jaggaer (JLL system)
Certificate of Insurance/vendor compliance
o keeping all required items active and in good standing as well as up to date in the appropriate system(s) (Jaggaer, Aravo, Corrigo, etc)
o Ensuring that current status is reflected in Jaggaer compliance reporting and kept at JLL minimum levels
o Ensuring that the Client Insurance Matrix is continually updated with current suppliers’ information
Vendor Onboarding/Management
o Onboarding and contracting of new suppliers when new sites are added (and terminating suppliers/contracts when sites are closed)
o Ongoing Supplier Management – supplier escalations, cost savings and renegotiations, consolidating suppliers and/or moving to JLL preferred suppliers where possible
Reports
o Quarterly Reporting for Ops Reviews, QBRs, and client requested data: to include Spending data, Supplier Count, PO Count, Completed Contracts, Contracts in Progress, Compliance data, and diversity data
o Additional ad hoc data requests are periodically fielded from the client, typically with a quick turnaround requested
o Sourcing planning including renewals and renegotiations, cost savings opportunities, RFQs, etc
Other Duites
o JLL Sourcing and Procurement / Category management initiatives ie: Supplier Performance Management efforts, Alliance Partners, Cleaning Essentials and/or regional equivalents where applicable
o Maintaining awareness of S&P systems, updates, processes, policies, trainings, implementations, etc and applying them to the Solventum portfolio
o Ensuring connectivity of integrations between JLL S&P systems and troubleshooting any technical issues
Requirements,
Experience
o 5-years’ experience at least in Facility Management
o More than 3 years in the procurement and vendor management role
o Working with multinational companies
Task Skills
o Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
o Good command of verbal and written English

o Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work
o High level of communication and interpersonal skills
