Requirements:

l Min 5years working experience .

l Knowledge for APQP, DFMEA,PFMEA, Control plan and PPAP process . Knowledge for overall packaging process(power module and packaging experience is plus point)

l Good English communication and reporting skill(mandatory option)

l good mind set and communication skill for customer delight / communication with other department
