Shanghai Longtian Law Firm is looking for a motivated Compliance Trainee to join our Shanghai Compliance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in international trade compliance and regulatory affairs at a leading law firm.

Training Program 培养计划

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
•Assist attorneys in preparing compliance legal opinions and memos
•协助律师准备合规法律意见书和备忘录
•Conduct legal research on regulatory developments
•开展法规动态法律研究
•Help draft and review compliance-related contracts and documents
•协助起草和审查合规相关合同及文件
•Support client meetings and project coordination
•支持客户会议和项目协调
•Assist in preparing compliance training materials
•协助准备合规培训材料
Qualifications 任职资格
•Current law student (2nd year+) or recent law graduate
•法学院在读学生（大二及以上）或应届法学毕业生
•Strong interest in international trade compliance and regulatory affairs
•对国际贸易合规和监管事务有浓厚兴趣
•Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin
•良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力
•Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills
•注重细节，具备较强的研究和分析能力
•Minimum 3 days per week availability
