Purpose Of Job:

Manage and coordinate the entire program development process, from RFQ through to mass production, ensuring cost, quality and delivery time requirements are met

Major Responsibilities And Authority:

Follow the program development,design control and other related procedures, as well as related work instructions and forms.

1. Establish, implement, and achieve overall program objectives, relating to program cost and profitability, quality and delivery time;

2. Assure management receives adequate and timely forecasts of program financial and other resource requirements;

3. Apply program measurement and control techniques to achieve success;

4. Identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be implemented, and ensure the meeting of commitments;

5. Manage the functional areas in activities related to meeting the program objectives;

6. Develop, evaluate, and audit new suppliers‌, including assessments of production capacity, quality management systems, and financial status;

7. ‌Execute RFQ (Request for Quotation), bidding, and tendering processes‌, negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery, quality);

8. Analyze market trends and price fluctuations, and optimize procurement costs;

9. Familiar with ISO9001/14001 management system;

10. Familiar with APQP, PPAP；Familiar with IATF16949 standard;

11. Other jobs assigned by department manager;

Experience Required:

1. Manufacturing process awareness;

2. Familiarity with, and ability to use, basic finance, statistical and quality measurement techniques and concepts.

3. Minimum 4 years experience in Western-owned or managed manufacturing enterprise.

4. Minimum 4 years experience in IoT antennas industry, familiar with antenna market, antenna industry trends and customer demands.

Knowledge’s Skills And Abilities:

2. Familiarity with Windows-based software.
