SQE 供应商质量工程师(SI)

Requirements:

•
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering related major

•
More than 5 years of quality assurance and customer & supplier management
in mechanical or material industry

•
Good knowledge with quality data analysis(like 6 sigma, Minitab etc.) and
quality tools(8D,FMEA,etc.)

•
Knowledge regarding quality management systems according ISO 9001,ISO/TS16949
or IATF16949)

•
Have the experience with processes and supplier audit, VDA6.3 certification is
preferred.

•
Good negotiation skills

•
Good English both for write and speak

•
Good PC skills(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

•
With high quality mindset

•
Strict, diligent and conscientious, high sense of principle and quality
awareness

Responsibilities:

•
Responsible for the supplier management from QM-side, including supplier audit,
supplier performance monitoring, review and follow up the open actions with
target.

•
Supplier development, to train supplier for quality management, to support
supplier quality problem solving and take action and preventive problem repeat.

•
Quality data analysis to support team to solve the quality problem;

•
Optimize the work procedure

•
Train the people in different level for quality procedure and quality tools,
like statistical analysis, problem solve method.

•
Customer complaints management.

•
Process quality control
