Job Responsible:
1.In charge of trouble shooting, improve line and machine running efficiency.
2.Control KPI of machine down time. Especially for mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic case.
3.Guide and instruct maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance tasks and follow up implementation.
4.Provide technical supports when hard mechanical issue happened.
5.Improvements of Machinery and Automation, OEE improvement.
6.Support industrialization Process
7.Mechanical spare parts management, keep spare parts in safe inventory.
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirement Profile:
1.bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical or equivalent.
2.Good knowledge and working experience of mechanical and hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.
3.Over 8 years maintenance working experience. at least 3 years working experience in mechanical structure design,
4.familiar with mechanical design software like Solid work or Pro-E, etc.
5.Experience in individually and successfully lead and finish machine modification project.
6.Have experience in maintenance of non-standard automatic production line.
7.Have experience in maintenance of machining equipment, especially for CNC, turning, grinding, milling, fine boring, etc.
8.Focus on equipment technic, study oriented.
9.Self-motivation, responsible.
