List of Activities:
1.Make & update CNC program（control system: Siemens 840D）
2.Lead the process problem solving / root cause analysis
3.Lead the optimization of manufacturing process
4.Be responsible for tooling / cutter management
5.Make the schedule for the new project (fixture ,gauge , tooling prepare) and realize on schedule
6.Maintaining of manufacturing documents, such as Flow Chart, PFMEA, Control Plan, work instruction, etc
Requirement Profile:
1.Be familiar with PM work principle
2.5-8 years in Manufacturing company
3.5 year working experience (programming)
4.Familiar with CAD
5.Familiar with PFMEA, control plan
6.Familiar with Siemens system
