岗位职责:

1.Product manager, independently undertake agency product development life cycle management.
产品经理，独立承担个险产品开发全生命周期的工作

2.Before the development of new products, provide in-depth market and competitive product analysis,.
新产品开发前，提供深度的市场竞品分析

3.Sort out clear target customer product positioning work out production solution align with channel strategy
梳理清晰的目标客群、产品定位，提供与渠道策略相匹配的产品方案

4.Propose product differentiation design, and ensure the competitiveness of the products
提出产品差异化设计方案，确保产品的竞争性

5.Coordinate with related departments to promote product development and ensure timely launch
协调相关部门，推动产品开发各项工作，确保按时上市

6.Provide timely, accurate and insightful sales analysis reports after the launch of new products.
新产品上市后，提供及时、准确、具有见解的销售分析报告

7.Other duties as assigned
领导布置的其它工作

1.5+ year product management/or Marketing experience in financial products or related field
5年以上金融产品或相关领域的产品管理或营销经验

2.Have a good understanding of insurance products and certain insights.
对保险产品有一定的理解与见解

3.Be familiar with agent's business model and sales team's sales logic
熟悉代理人的经营模式，销售团队的销售逻辑

4.Be familiar with office soft ware, PPT/Excel
熟练使用办公软件，良好的PPT/Excel能力

5.Good English writing and reading skill
有一定的英语读写能力

6.A lively and outgoing personality, be willing to communicate with others, active thinking
活泼外向个性，乐于与人沟通，思维活跃

7.Have certain contacts in the industry
具有一定的同业交流关系
