岗位职责：
1. Provide technical advice and support for various corporate IT systems, data management and order process to internal departments and external vendors .
2. Acquire, analyze, design and implement EDI development and business or system workflow from clients and collaborate with regional IT and internal departments to achieve project objectives .
3. Participate in testing and defect management to ensure the quality of any development .
4. Efficiently track, monitor and report project implementation status by regular basis to ensure project deliverables on schedule .
5. Provide documentation and training and ongoing support to users.
6. Manage internal IT projects and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors with minimum supervision .
7. Willing to learn and ability to use new technologies with short period.
1. Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
2. 3 to 5 years in system implementation and support relevant experience 3. Programming experience with Javascript, Java, groovy and SQL .
4. Familiar with Power BI, Power Automate, project management tool (like JIRA and Smartsheet) and data management tool .
5. Knowledge on EDI, XML, JSON, API .
6. Experience with software Engineering or software development will be an advantage .
7. Experience with business transformation and generative AI is a solid advantage .
8. Strong sense of work responsibility, team spirit, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines .
9. Effective communication and good interpersonal skills .
10. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Cantonese and Mandarin .
11. Willing to travel.
