岗位职责:

1. To coordinate all laboratory work with core competence in cementitious technology.
2. To develop new product that complied with International and local standards.
a) To maintain the R&D schedule given and meet project deadline.
b) Upgrade formulation and ensure quick availability to market.
c) Maintain cost optimized formulation.
d) Evaluate technical status and frontier of the related product range or application field.
e) To safe keep product formulations / information.
3. Ensure that all statutory documents, such as finished goods specification, enterprise standard are prepared for all new products.
4. Ensure laboratory manuals are up-to-date.
5. Represent the Company and its interests on various Construction Industry Associations, Chinese Standards Committees, etc.
6. Pay close attention to new technology, lead local innovation projects.

1. Material Science and engineering, Major of inorganic nonmetallic materials is preferred. PhD, or Master Degree with 3 year experience in cementitious materials or relevant field. Also welcome Excellent fresh graduates start from trainee.
2. With strong background and interest in cementitious mortar.
3. Optimistic, Good personal communication skill.
4. Effective written and oral communication in English and Chinese.
5. Good at computer.
