• Act as the main point of contact between the company and customers regarding all quality-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
• Manage customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and providing 8D reports, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken to avoid recurrence.
• Monitor customer quality performance metrics (PPM, RMA, DPPM, etc.), analyzing trends and driving improvements to meet customer quality expectations.
• Lead customer on-site investigations, addressing issues related to brush product quality, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by ensuring that customer-specific quality requirements are met throughout the product development cycle.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer-specific quality documentation (e.g., PPAP, FAI, CP, FMEA, etc.) for brush products.
• Coordinate and support customer audits and site visits, managing internal corrective actions and ensuring compliance with customer standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing product quality and optimizing manufacturing processes.
