In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Valve installation and commissioning. Participate in the installation, commissioning and performance testing of nuclear power plant valves to ensure compliance with design specifications (such as ASME, RCC-M and other standards). Assist in developing valve installation plans, supervise the construction process, and ensure process quality and safety.
2. Maintenance and repair. Regularly inspect nuclear power valve equipment, identify potential failures or aging problems, and develop maintenance plans. Perform valve disassembly, repair, and replacement of parts (such as seals, actuators, etc.) to ensure equipment reliability. Handle emergency failures, quickly locate problems and propose solutions to reduce downtime.
3. Technical support and improvement. Provide technical consultation to nuclear power customers and answer questions about valve selection, operation and maintenance. Analyze valve operation data, make optimization suggestions, and participate in technical transformation or upgrade projects.
4. Documentation and Compliance Management. Write service reports, fault analysis records and operation manuals to ensure that technical documents are complete and traceable. Closely follow nuclear safety laws (such as HAF601, NRC requirements) and radiation protection regulations.
5. Collaboration and training. Collaborate with design, production and safety departments to promote full life cycle management of valves. Provide valve usage and maintenance training to customers or on-site operators.
