Responsibilities:
-Maintain all lab equipment, ensure a safe environment in the lab.

2、Laboratory instrument safety management
-Lead and manage projects on filtration / Quality Control / General testing.
1、Cooperate with technical department to test material.
2、Able to write test report + protocol in English/Chinese
3、Projects on filtration /detection internally and with subcontractors
-Organize and supervise quality control and certification testing for both Erlab and partners’ products.
1、Control the quality of fume hood strictly according to standard.
-Standards & Norms project
1、Study, understand and apply standards.
2、Propose new protocol for future standard.
-Provide internal technical support to sales, after-sales, production, purchasing, marketing, etc.
1、Develop systematic training for new people and make assessment system of laboratory.
2、Training Salespeople on R&D related information - based on France R&D PPTs
3、Review confidentiality issue with France R&D before training
4、Conduct internal training related to chemistry to related people.
5、Support on Risk assessment.
6、Able to manage lab technician.
Requirements:
-Chemist lab technician, 5 years minimum experience
-gas emission, sampling and analysis (gas chromatography, ionic chromatography, Infra-red spectrometry, Direct read analyzer such as PID …)
-Good English skill, CET 4 or above, able to read, write, speak, able to write test report and protocol in English/Chinese.
-Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent organizational skills
-Good communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with other departments
