1.为客户提供产品应用技术支持及解决方案：Provide customers with product application technical support and solutions：
1.1对客户工程师进行连接器及相关的专业技术指导，支持研发物料选型，验证，以及物料测试生产中的异常协助处理，邮件，电话或现场沟通支持；Provide connector-related technical guidance to customer R&D engineers, support customer R&D parts selection, verification, and abnormal handling in testing and mass production, by email, telephone or on-site communication and support；
1.2客户产品生产过程异常确认，协调客诉团队及品质中心协作解决客诉异常。Confirm the abnormality in customer's production process, coordinate the customer complaint team and the quality center to resolve the customer complaint.
2.培训：Training.
2.1 制定对销售人员的培训计划，按计划完成技术培训，并进行效果确认和反馈提升；
Develop training plan for responsible sales, complete technical training according to the plan, confirm the training quality and feedback, improve.
2.2根据培训结果和销售人员的表现，进行培训计划的调整或改进培训方式，提升销售团队的技术能力.
According to the training results and sales performance, adjust the training plan or training method to improve the technical ability of the sales team.
2.3销售及客户技术问题的解答和培训。
Sales and customer technical questions answering and training.
3.产品推广及市场信息收集：Product promotion and market information collection
3.1与销售合作进行产品推广，包括对销售进行技术培训，与销售为客户提供支持，解决客户技术问题,进行技术选型支持；Cooperate with sales for product promotion, including technical training for sales, support customers together with sales, support technical selection, solve technical problems.
3.2 对市场行业信息进行收集整理及反馈，协助公司有效调整产品推广策略；Collect, sort out and feedback on market information to assist company to adjust product promotion strategies.
4.技术资料及相关报告整理：Technical files and related reports collation:
4.1工作中进行技术学习和分享，整理成自学报告进行团队内部分享讨论，并形成结论性内容；Technical learning and sharing in daily work, organized into self-study reports for sharing and discussion within the team, and forming conclusive content.
4.2 产品推广培训资料，应用案例的整理分享，对销售人员进行培训，提高推广效果；Product promotion training materials, collation and sharing for application cases, training sales to improve promotion.
4.3 其他技术资料学习及整理。Other technical files learning, collation.

岗位要求：

1、电子工程、通信工程、自动化专业等本科及以上学历；Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Automation, or related majors;

2、 至少3年FAE工作经验，或硬件研发工程师的工作经验优先；At least 3 years of working experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE), or priority will be given to candidates with working experience as a Hardware R&D Engineer;

3、有PCB板元器件焊接组装工艺经验者优先; Priority will be given to candidates with experience in PBC (Printed Circuit Board) component soldering and assembly processes;

4、熟悉被动元器件特别是电感磁珠原理及其常见应用电路；Familiar with passive components, especially proficient in the principles of inductors and ferrite beads as well as their common application circuits;

5、能够培训销售使其具备专业的产品知识:Able to train sales staff to equip them with professional product knowledge;
6、有较强的学习能力分析能力，为人积极并有独立工作能力;Strong learning and analytical abilities, positive work attitude, and capability of working independently;
7、具备优秀的口头和书面的沟通和表达能力；Excellent oral and written communication and expression skills;

9、有驾照者优先; Priority will be given to candidates with a valid driver's license.
