Job Description 职位描述：
1、To drive design in and product promotional activities.推动产品在客户端的设计以及市场推广；
2、Provide technical advice/Crossreferences and assistance to the customer.能够为客户提供一定的技术支持（替换设计等）；
3、Establish new customer development inthe territory.新客户的开发；
4、Constantly distribute and promote existing products.持续销售和推广现有产品；
5、Follow up closely on sales enquires and quotation submission.跟踪客户的询价并且提供及时的报价；
6、Meeting target actions being set forth.能够达成公司对销售员的考核指标；
7、Servicing existing customer.维护现有客户；
8、Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customer to achieving continuous growth and increase market share.
持续寻找、开发及拓展新的业务机会，从而实现销售的持续增长和公司产品的市场占有率。
Requirements to Candidate: 岗位需求
1、Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
电子工程、机械工程或相关专业本科学历。
2、Minimum 3 years working experience as a technical salesman of EMC / inductors passive components.
三年以上EMC/电感无源元件销售经验优先。
3、Experience in electronics design circuitand PCB layout.
有电子设计电路和PCB布线经验优先。
R&D or FAE Experience in terminal and connector is a plus;
有连接器或端子研发或FAE经验者优先；
4、With proven track record in ability of performing design in supports to customers in the region.有成功的客户端设计推广经验；
5、Must possess strong leadership skill, self-motivated, result-oriented person.有较强的领导力、积极性及结果导向性；
Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
具备优秀的口头和书面的沟通和表达能力；
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
熟练掌握普通话和英语。
