Role Resposibility
• Handle project admin related tasks (e.g. staff project on/off boarding, security clearance, collation and compilation of monthly progress reports).
• Ensure tasks/activities are completed within Service Requirements duration.
• Track outstanding transactions and take necessary follow-up actions to ensure closure.
• Escalate to Senior PMO Shared Services Team Lead on cases facing challenges.
• Any other tasks assigned."
Detail skill Requirements
"• Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Excel-Pivot Table, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Outlook Scheduling, Teams, Sharepoint.
• Working experience of 1 to 2 years in PMO administrative operations (added advantage if candidate has previous exposure in IT industry).
• Able to work in a matrix organization.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
• Structured, organized, proactive, independent, self-motivated and strong team player.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and can communicate well (both written and verbal) with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Possesses strong sense of ownership and tenacity.
• Possesses initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards."
