岗位职责:
参与项目前期投标与谈判，从工程专业角度提出专业意见，并参与合同审核；
Participate in pre-project bidding and negotiations, provide professional opinions from an engineering perspective, and be involved in contract review.
支持合同风险识别、评估和分析，参与制定风险应对策略；
Support contract risk identification, assessment, and analysis, and participate in formulating risk response strategies.
主导区域工程职能的制度、流程建设与开发，管理工程职能相关文档资料，实现知识共享；
Lead the establishment and development of regional engineering functional systems and processes, manage engineering-related documentation, and enable knowledge sharing.
深入区域内各个项目，配合各个项目管理团队管理在建项目的进度、费用、质量、材料等，收集交付过程中的相关问题及跟踪完成进度；
Dive into various projects within the region, cooperate with project management teams to manage the schedule, cost, quality, materials, etc., of ongoing projects, and collect issues during delivery while tracking completion progress.
根据区域项目实施计划建立区域项目资源需求计划，整合协调区域内各种资源，确保项目计划控制的准确性，保证及时高质量交付；
Based on regional project implementation plans, develop regional project resource demand plans, integrate and coordinate various resources within the region, ensure the accuracy of project plan control, and guarantee timely and high-quality delivery.
建立区域项目成本预算、控制、跟踪和预测模型，实现项目成本分析和优化；
Establish regional project cost budgeting, control, tracking, and forecasting models to enable project cost analysis and optimization.
建立区域项目执行和交付的风险识别、评估、应对策略的分析和跟踪，实现项目风险预警和控制。
Establish risk identification, assessment, response strategy analysis, and tracking for regional project execution and delivery to achieve project risk early warning and control.
任职要求:
五年以上工作经验，工程专业教育背景，大学本科及以上学历；
Over five years of work experience, an educational background in engineering, and a bachelor's degree or higher.
英语可作为工作语言；
Proficient in English as a working language.
有工程项目管理、项目计划、PMO相关工作经验，并参与或管理海外项目经验优先，有风电项目项目经理经验优先；
Relevant experience in engineering project management, project scheduling, or PMO is required; experience participating in or managing overseas projects is preferred; wind power project management experience is a plus.
善于协同合作以及复杂资料的整合与分析，具备较强的风险意识以及资源整合的能力；
Skilled in collaboration, integration, and analysis of complex information, with strong risk awareness and resource integration capabilities.
擅长探索研究与归纳总结，对新鲜事物充满好奇心，实现项目管理方法与工具的持续优化迭代与改进；
Proficient in exploration, research, and summarization, curious about new things, and capable of continuously optimizing and improving project management methods and tools.
熟悉FIDIC条款，具有PMP证书优先；
Familiar with FIDIC terms; PMP certification is preferred.
熟练使用项目计划和控制软件，有P6经验者优先。
Proficient in using project planning and control software; experience with P6 is preferred.
工作地点与差旅 (Work Location & Travel):
本岗位常住地为北京，每年需赴海外项目现场工作约5-6个月。
The primary work location for this position is Beijing, with annual overseas project site assignments of approximately 5-6 months required.
