岗位职责:
Oversee and develop the master schedule for the regional project portfolio, integrate milestones and resource requirements from country-specific projects, and track the full lifecycle progress of regional engineering service projects.
统筹制定区域项目群总计划，整合各国别项目里程碑与资源需求，跟踪区域工程服务项目全生命周期进展。
Establish regional schedule management standards and processes, and monitor the health of the overall project control system.
建立区域计划管理标准与流程，监控整体进度管理体系运行健康度。
Support the schedule development for new country-level projects, organize specialized reviews for major project schedules, and review baseline plans.
支持国别新项目计划编制，组织重大项目计划专项评审，审核基准计划。
Regularly follow up on resource status of ongoing projects, coordinate cross-country resource allocation, and identify dependencies and priority conflicts.
定期跟进执行项目资源情况，协调跨国别资源调配，识别依赖关系与优先级冲突。
Provide schedule planning support for bids and assist in establishing the schedule management framework.
为投标提供工期策划支持和进度管理体系搭建支持。
Accumulate and maintain regional project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and productivity norms/benchmarks.
积累区域工程项目WBS和定额。
任职要求:
Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for majors in Engineering Management, Project Management, Information Management, or related fields.
本科及以上学历；工程管理、项目管理、信息管理等专业优先。
Minimum 5 years of experience in schedule management for international engineering projects. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is required; on-site project experience is preferred.
5年以上国际工程项目进度管理经验，熟悉FIDIC条款，有现场工作经验优先。
Proficient in English as a working language. PMP certification is preferred.
英语能作为工作语言，持有PMP证书优先。
Proficient in using Primavera P6 and office automation software. Mastery of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) is required.
熟练使用P6，各种自动化办公软件，掌握CPM、赢得值管理方法。
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt to overseas business trips for project follow-up.
沟通协调能力强，能适应海外出差跟进项目。
Work Location & Travel (工作地点与差旅):
This position requires to approximately 3-4 months of overseas travel per year.
