岗位职责:

依据国际项目经理制执行国际项目，在全项目寿命周期内确保项目能达到合同的利润目标；

Execute international projects according to international project management systems, ensuring the project achieves contractual profit targets throughout its entire lifecycle.

组织协调集团各相关业务单元组建项目团队，用最合理有效的资源配置方式确保项目在规定的时间、成本、技术等要求下完成；

Organize and coordinate relevant business units within the group to form a project team, ensuring project completion within specified time, cost, and technical requirements through the most reasonable and effective resource allocation.

分析、收集、识别项目全部要求和可交付物，启动并制定完整的项目交付计划和保障措施；

Analyze, collect, and identify all project requirements and deliverables; initiate and develop comprehensive project delivery plans and safeguard measures.

建立项目风险管理矩阵，对项目风险加以管理，采取系统、有效的措施规避项目执行风险；

Establish a project risk management matrix to manage project risks, implementing systematic and effective measures to mitigate project execution risks.

配合公司和部门的相关管理工作，并保证项目工作的合理性，有效性，合规性；

Cooperate with the company's and department's relevant management tasks, ensuring the rationality, effectiveness, and compliance of project work.

维护现场业主关系，了解客户需求，提升客户满意度；

Maintain on-site client relationships, understand client needs, and enhance client satisfaction.

通过项目执行过程，能够不断提高项目各项工作的标准，并进行固化、传承；

Through the project execution process, continuously improve the standards of all project tasks, and solidify and pass on these improvements.

协调解决项目上的各种冲突。

Coordinate and resolve various conflicts that arise during the project.

任职要求:

熟悉项目执行业务流程（生产组织、物流发运、现场施工、项目交接）及对应行为标准；

Familiar with project execution business processes (production organization, logistics and shipment, on-site construction, project handover) and corresponding behavioral standards.

具有商务意识，可有效解决项目争议，并有过类似争端解决经验；

Possess commercial acumen, capable of effectively resolving project disputes, with experience in similar dispute resolution.

具有团队管理经验，有较强的沟通协调能力；

Have team management experience and strong communication and coordination skills.

具有项目管理资格认证，持有 PMP 证书优先考虑；

Hold project management certification; PMP certification is preferred.

熟练的英文听说读写能力：英文合同的阅读理解能力，流畅的沟通项目各项工作；

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing: able to comprehend English contracts and communicate project matters fluently.

熟练使用办公软件及项目管理软件，熟悉数字化平台 FCC 及相关体系管理平台。

Proficient in office software and project management software, familiar with the digital platform FCC and related management system platforms.

工作地点与差旅 (Work Location & Travel):

本岗位为海外风电项目现场常驻岗位，每年需在海外项目现场工作约10个月左右。

This position is based at overseas wind power project sites, requiring approximately 10 months of on-site work per year.
