Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients;

• Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems working with stakeholders from EY, client and tax authority stakeholders;

• High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical / business driven approach taken;

• Able to identify and manage areas of risk for clients and the firm, consulting appropriately;

• Responsibility for day-to-day delivery of exceptional client service;

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in transfer pricing and related areas (including in-house work experience)

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax or accounting;

• Strong transfer pricing technical skills with experience in all areas;

• Strategically and commercially aware and committed to delivery of exceptional client service;

• Negotiation skills - able to sustain opinion and handle challenges;

• Effective time management - ability to remain calm when under pressure to meet deadlines;

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

• Enthusiastic team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams;

• Experience of coaching and developing more junior staff;

• Ensure delivery of quality work and take day to day leadership of delivery team;

• Change-orientated with flexible approach.

► 在转让定价及相关领域拥有至少三年以上工作经验（包含企业相关工作经验）；

► 学士学位或硕士学位，具有经济学、法律、税务、会计或工商管理硕士学位者优先;

► 优秀的转让定价专业技能以及在各个领域中的经验；

► 具有战略和商业意识并致力于提供卓越的客户服务；

► 谈判技巧---能够坚持观点并应对挑战；

► 有效的时间管理---能够沉着应对项目交付的压力；

► 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力；

► 优秀的团队合作能力，能够组建、维持和领导高效团队；

► 指导和培养更多初级员工的经验；

► 确保交付高质量的工作并领导交付团队的日常工作；

► 能够灵活应对工作中的变化。
