Key Responsibilities

• Performs daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks for senior and manager review. Tasks include but not limited to :-

• preparing payment instructions, preparation of journal vouchers, posting journals to accounting system, closing partial or full set of book, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and other customized management reports/ financial analysis;

• Reconciling account ledgers, including bank reconciliation, GL ledger reconciliation etc

• Preparation and uploading payment information to clients’ bank account.

• Support and assist Manager in liaison with clients’ auditors;

• Supports document filing according to China compliance requirement;

• Attend EY internal training on timely basis,

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Diploma or Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines;

• 1 – 3 years relevant experience in multinationals;

• Experience in commercial banking practices is preferred;

• Experience and knowledge in preparation of tax returns with tax computations, issuance of tax invoices and input VAT tax verification is an advantage,

• Familiar with international and local accounting practices;

• Advanced excel skills;

• Familiar with operation of accounting system (e.g. Kingdee, Yongyou, MS Navision, SAP, Oracle etc);
