职位说明

1. Responsible for the project implementation in Shanghai and Eastern China / 主要负责上海及华东地区的项目实施工作，包括:

- Network Security Products (i.e Firewall, Application Security,
Virtual Network, SD-WAN, Remote Access VPN, SASE, Cloud/Virtualization
Platform) implementation, includes hardware installation, hardware configuration
and relative device configuration adjustment / 网络安全产品 (防火墙、应用安全、虚拟网络、SD-WAN、远程接入VPN、SASE、云/虚拟化平台等网络安全产品）的项目实施工作，包括产品的安装、配置，相关网络设备的适配配置调整。

- Network Products implementation, includes the hardware installation, hardware configuration for Routing Switching & Wireless products from Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Aruba / 网络产品的项目实施工作，包括思科、华为、华三、Aruba等品牌的路由交换和无线产品的安装、配置。

2. Subject to the workload,support the maintenance activity, which is in Shanghai and Eastern China, i.e the incident handling, annual or quarterly network & device health check,change, consult for network products and network security products / 必要时，协助处理上海及华东地区的网络产品和网络安全产品的售后服务工作；（包括：故障处理、巡检、变更、咨询等）。

3.Sales opportunity conversion with sale and presale team / 配合与销售、售前团队协同推进销售机会转化。

Position Requirement / 职位要求

1.The candidate requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in the IT-related field, and 3 years or more of network or network security related working experience / 拥有与IT相关的学士学位或同等学历，具3年或以上的网络或网络安全相关经验。

2.Solid knowledge of the network & network security principles, network architecture, protocols / 具扎实的网络及网络安全的原理、架构、协议等知识：

- TCP/IP, Routing &Switching, QOS, Wireless LAN etc. / TCP/IP、路由交换、QOS、无线局域网等。

- Network Security, SD-WAN,Application Security, VPN, NAC /网络安全、SD-WAN、应用安全、VPN、网络准入等。

3. Proficient in the products and relative technical of Palo Alto Networks or Fortinet / 必须精通Palo Alto Networks或Fortinet产品及相关体系技术：

- At least acquire on Manufacture Certification, i.e PCNSE/FCP/NSE7 / 至少取得一门相关认证，如：PCNSE/FCP/NSE7等。

- Accomplish the product installation, deployment and maintenance / 能独自完成产品安装部署和维护工作。

4. Possess a broad knowledge base and the ability to self-motivate in learning the principles, configurations,and maintenance methods of products from various manufacturers. Collaborate effectively to complete project implementation and maintenance. / 具广泛知识面，并自我驱动学习各厂家产品的原理、配置和维护方法，配合完成项目实施和维护工作。

5.Familiar with common deployment models of basic networks, including infrastructure solutions that support secure and resilient multi-site applications, as well as secure single-tenant and multi-tenant virtual environments / 熟悉基础网络的常见部署模式，包括支持安全和弹性多站点应用程序的基础设施解决方案，以及安全的单租户和多租户虚拟环境。

(We will prioritize the candidate if he/she has the network design experience &

enriched technology for LAN/WAN/Data Center, especial AWS & Azure / 如有在局域网、广域网、数据中心，特别是AWS和Azure的网络设计和技术方面有深入的知识和经验，我们将优先考虑)

6.Good in document writing skills and able write with Chinese & English for project implementation and maintenance used documents / 具有良好的文档编写能力，有能力基于中英文编写以下文档：

- I.e Implementation Design,Implementation Plan, Customer Acceptance Document, Training Material, Hand-Over Document / 项目实施用的实施设计、实施规划、验收方案、培训方案、交付文档等。

- I.e Incident Report, Change Request Form (CRF) / 事故报告、变更文档等

7. Able to Reading & Writing and Oral communication skill with Chinese and English / 能使用中文、英文进行书面和口头沟通。

8.Possess strong problem analysis and resolution skills and leverage interpersonal and communication abilities to manage and advance one or multiple projects and maintenance tasks simultaneously. Facilitate consensus among stakeholders, including clients, business personnel, and technical staff. / 具较强的问题分析、解决能力，并能通过自身的交往和沟通能力，使一个或多个项目及售后维护工作同时进行并顺利推进，使客户、业务人员、技术人员等利益相关群体达成共识。
