岗位职责:
负责对接内审部的工程审计工作，包括但不限于工程结算审计、进度款支付审计、专项审计等工作；
Responsible for coordinating with internal audit Department for project audit, including but not limited to project settlement audit, progress payment audit, special audit, etc.;
负责维修、技改项目工程预算、结算的审核工作；
Be responsible for the review of the budget and settlement of maintenance and technical transformation projects;
负责新建项目工程量清单编制、控制价编制、清标等工作；
Responsible for the preparation of bill of quantities, control price and standard clearance for new projects;
负责新建项目结算审计、审核工程款支付（核算工程量、计价等）；
Responsible for new project settlement audit, audit project payment (calculate project quantity, valuation, etc.);
负责联系第三方审价公司进行工程项目核算，协调承包商和第三方审价的关系，解决纠纷；审核第三方审价公司出具的审价报告并报送领导逐级审批；
Responsible for contacting the third party pricing review company for project accounting, coordinating the relationship between contractors and the third party pricing, and resolving disputes; Examine the price review report issued by the third-party price review company and submit it to the leader for approval step by step;
负责工程审计相关资料的收集、整理并归档工作。
Responsible for the collection, sorting and filing of engineering audit related materials.
完成主管交办的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by supervisor.
任职要求:
1、本科学历，5年以上相关工作经验。有一级造价工程师证书；精通工程造价，熟悉本专业各项规范及最新技术发展动态。
Bachelor degree, more than 5 years related working experience
Proficient in engineering cost, familiar with the professional specifications and the latest technological developments.
2、具有良好的职业素质、团队精神及沟通协调能力。
Have good professional quality, team spirit and communication and coordination ability.
3、具备英文读写能力。计算机办公技能良好，造价软件、CAD制图熟练。
Able to read and write English.Good computer office skills, cost software, CAD drawing skills.
4、具有良好地学习能力。
Have good learning ability.
5、具有正直诚信、高效执行的能力。
Have integrity, integrity, efficient execution ability.
6、有民用建筑、医药化工、西药API等制药企业的工艺工程、管理和技改、新建项目方面的或有海外项目从业经历者优先择选。
Experience in process engineering, management, technical transformation and new construction projects of pharmaceutical enterprises such as civil construction, pharmaceutical chemical industry and Western pharmaceutical API is preferred.
