- Bachelor degree with major in industrial or engineering related major.

- Have good English skills in writing, reading and speaking.

- Be familiar with ISO9001,Quality tools, RACA,8D method etc.
熟练掌握ISO9001, 质量工具，根本原因分析及纠正预防措施，8D等
- Be familiar with standard computer skills, SAP is highly preferred.
熟练的电脑操作能力，有SAP使用经验更好。
- Requested knowledge of mechanical (welding, assembly, machining etc.)
in electric (cabling, testing, etc.) would be good， knowledge of
measuring tools.
有电气（电缆、测试等）、机械（焊接、组装,机加工等）方面知识，了解测量工具。
- Well-developed technical and process skills, analysis and problem
identification skills.
良好的技术和过程技能，分析和鉴别问题的技能等。
At least 5 years professional experience in working in quality
department from international companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任
- Control the quality along the value chain including but not limited
to: Pre Production (WIP), Welding parts, Machining,Assembly, Painting,
Packing , final inspection and testing.
控制质量，包括但不限于：焊接件，机加工，装配，喷漆，包装，最终检验和测试。
- Monitor process quality and responsible for customer quality issues
handling
监控过程质量，并处理客户质量问题
- Preparing ITP, MDR and FAT report.
编制ITP, MDR及FAT报告
- Process data collect, preparing weekly and monthly report accordingly.
过程数据收集，准备周报，月报
- Drive the improvement of the FPY rate in cooperation with Production
and Engineering
与生产和工程部一起提高产品的一次通过率
- Secure manufacturing/assembly and testing requirements sustainable
established and monitor these in close cooperation with dedicated
working areas, etc.
确保具有可持续性的制造/组装、检验要求的建立并且监控Work with operation and purchasing team to
implement 0 defect strategy for process quality and incoming
quality,Reduce customer claim rate and reduce COPQ
与其他部门紧密配合，实施过程质量和来料质量零缺陷的战略目标,降低客户投诉率及降低不良质量成本
