Education & Experience
1.Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the area of change management, communication, and/or education
2.Functional knowledge of organizational change management
3.Experience with implementation of changes in a cross-cultural, cross-functional, and fast-paced project environment
4.Experience working in a project team and in leading change and communication activities.
5.Experience with setting up user journeys, adoption plans, change adoption survey and/or customer satisfaction surveys (Voice of the Customer)
6.Experience with a global transformation project and experience with ERP projects is preferred.
7.Ability to translate information to effectively communicate with all levels of the business.
8.Coordinate all activities with the Asia project manager and global change manager.
9.Collaborate with Asia sector ERP change managers for Asia program alignment.
