• Pursuant to the exclusive import & distribution agreement, manage and monitor the distribution business of the designated general distributor.

• Be responsible for maintaining and updating standard operation procedures for pharmaceutical distribution, covering operation processes of goods delivery, returns, payment and write-off etc.
负责维护和更新药品分销的标准操作规程（SOP），涵盖配送、退货、付款及报废等操作流程。
• Monitor general distributor performance, evaluating delivery capabilities, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
监督总经销商的绩效，定期评估其交付能力、质量水平和成本控制。
• Track inventory levels of general distributor to ensure sufficient stock for channel demand while avoiding overstocking.
监控总经销商的库存水平，确保有足够的库存满足渠道市场需求，同时避免过剩。
• Coordinate with internal commercial team and general distributor to ensure the order fulfillment and on time in full delivery.
负责协调内部商业团队与总经销商，确保订单履行及准时全额交付。
• Monitor Tier distributors inventory level to maintain reasonable stock and prevent overstocking.
监控一级分销商的库存水平，以维持合理库存并防止库存积压。
• Be responsible for sales order management in ERP, ensuring the history of drug sales is traceable.
负责ERP系统的销售订单管理，保证药品销售历史可追溯。
• Optimize logistics processes to improve delivery efficiency, meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
优化物流流程提升交付效率、满足客户期待并增强满意度。
• Organize regularly performance review meetings with the general distributor to analyze order delivery and optimize the cooperation process.
定期与总经销商组织绩效评估会议，分析订单交付情况并优化合作流程。
• Coordinating with relevant parties to pass the internal and external audits.
与相关部门协调合作通过外部和内部审计。
• Performing other works assigned by management.
执行上级交办的其他工作。
3. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
• Bachelor degree or above.大学本科以上学历
• Major in logistics management, supply chain management, economic and trade or relevant 物流管理，供应链管理，经济与贸易或相关专业
• CET-6 Certificate preferred 大学英语六级
• 5+ years’ experience on both of drug distribution and relevant supply chain management 5年以上药品分销及渠道供应链管理经验
