1.熟练操作立式/卧式数控车床及立式/卧式数控加工中心，具有卧式加工中心操作经验者优先；
Can run both vertical and horizontal CNC machines. Experience with horizontal machine tools is preferred.
2.精通法兰克（Fanuc）与马扎克（Mazak）数控系统操作；
Skilled in operating Fanuc and Mazak CNC systems.
3.掌握机械基础知识（如：机械图纸识读、机械刻度/内外径千分尺、内径百分表/千分表的使用，以及基础M代码与G代码）；
Understands basic mechanical skills: reading drawings, using measuring tools, and knowing basic codes (M-code, G-code).
4.诚实正直、忠诚守信、责任心强（需悟性高、学习能力强、吃苦耐劳并能服从工作安排）；
Must be honest, responsible, a fast learner, and willing to follow instructions.
5.能适应12小时两班倒工作制（倒班周期为每周一次）。
Must be okay with working 12-hour day and night shifts. Shifts change every week.
