Working Task(details)工作描述:
• Audit the supplier, and cooperate with the quality, sales, production department of the suppliers, in order to make sure of the good
quality, delivery, production arrangement, inventory and other related contents
拜访审核供应商，与供应商的品质部、销售、生产的处理好品质、交货、安排生产、库存等相关方面内容。
• Collecting information, for the suppliers’ problem points to record and promote their improvement, audit supplier incoming
material, process, product acceptance criteria, testing and implementation
收集信息，对供应商问题点进行记录和推动他们进行改进，审核供应商来料、过程、成品的验收标准，检验和执行情
况。
• Push suppliers to provide us with high-quality and efficient products, audit the supplier inventory, packaging and shipment
推动供应商给我们提供高品质高效率的产品，对供应商的库存，包装和发运情况进行审核。
• Do the preliminary audit to the new suppliers of raw materials, for their systems, production process, customer groups, to facilitate
the purchasing department in the supplier qualification assessment
对原材料的新供应商的体系、生产制程、客户群体等进行初步审核，以方便采购在对其供货资格的评估。
• Regular supplier visits, confirm the actual production status, production capacity and their development trend
定期对供应商的回访、参观，确认供应商的实际生产状况、产能以及他们的发展趋势。
• If the supplier will have problems, will contact the quality department or purchasing department to discuss solutions
如果供应商有问题会和相关联的质量部或采购部进行联系，商讨解决方案。
• Collect supplier related data; do the quarterly, half-yearly, annual comprehensive evaluation.
整理供应商相关资料，对其季度、半年度、年度的综合评审。
• Complete other tasks assigned temporary.
完成领导临时交办的其他任务。
Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or similar;
本科及以上学历，工程机械或者相关专业毕业
• Around 3 to 5 years related experience in multinational experiences, among which at least 2 years in engineering industry
约 3 至 5 年的在外资企业从业的相关工作经验，其中至少有 2 年在工程机械行业
• Fluently English both in oral and written,
流利的英语口语和书面能力
• Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations
复杂和紧急情况下的快速和精确的响应能力
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
