Principal Job Objectives 主要工作目标

1. Ensure SCM reports completed and
uploaded efficiently on time8 确保 SCM 报告高效完成和上传

2. Coordinate global HUB delivery,
importation, good receipt, drug test, QA release and distribution plan with all
relevant functions, in order to meet the demand for imported Finish Products和相关部门配合协调供应商发货，进口，收货，药检，QA 放行，经销计划，保证进口产品的需求

3. Perform import management and
control to achieve time targets for imported finish product 执行进口产品管理，控制进口时间，达到时间控制目标

4. Review on import master data to
optimize import plan 周期性检查进口数据，优化进口计划

5. Coordinate with all involved
functions for implementation of new products, changed products or new artwork 和相关部门配合，完成新产品引进，产品变更和包装设计变更

Principal Tasks 主要职责

1. Build and revise purchase order with
the tool of SAP 运用 SAP 工具建立、调整订单

2. Purchase order follow up with
Novartis Pharma AG 诺华订单跟踪

3. Complete and upload reports to
sharepoint in time (Sample inventory monthly report, Goods expiry monthly
report, IR monthly report, FC& VAR& HFA monthly report, CSL monthly
report ,IPT monthly report, WO monthly report, etc.) 及时完成并上载相关报告（样品库存月报，近效期月报，IR 月报，FC& VAR& HFA 月报，CSL 月报，IPT 月报，WO 月报等）

4. Closely monitor whole import process
in Shanghai, control customs clearance and drug test time.紧密监控上海进口过程，控制清关和药检时间

5. Check the figures of Futurcast input
by market, manage products’ read and write permission as
Futurcast administrator 核查市场部门导入的预测数据，管理产品在系统中的读写权限

6. Product lifecycle event follow up,
close up (Artwork form preparation, Master data form preparation, First
marketing application form preparation, etc.) 产品生命周期跟进（准备
Artwork 表格，主数据表格，首营申请表等）

7. Complete other work assigned by
leaders. 完成领导安排的其他工作

任职要求

1. Bachelor Degree have a Diploma in
pharmacology or medicine, biology and chemist 药学或者医学、生物、化学、等相关专业本科以上学历）-相关专业优先， 但非必须，根据候选人情况而定

2. Fluent in English and Chinese 中英文流利，英语是听说读写都需要，工作中涉及很多和国外英语沟通和邮件往来，以及日常工作语言为英语

3. 擅长Excel , powerpoint, 拥有较强的数据分析能力
