Key Responsibilities：
● Lead counter soft display from design initiation to final store delivery
● Develop & Implement counter maintenance process
● Support Media/consumer event from VM perspective
● Follow instructions to complete routine work/procedures
● Update VM database
Competency：
● Basic technique in Art & Design, able to deliver, demonstrate store rendering or layout concept.
● Proficient in using Photoshop, CAD, etc, for basic touch up & graphic design reading and editing, as well as office software for daily routine communication
● Solid project management skill with time & budget cautious, familiar in construction & material cost
● Strong interpersonal communication skill, for seamless connection among all internal & external parties in VM projects.
Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.
● College Degree or above, with design background is preferred.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in counter design or visual merchandising, experience in both hard & soft is preferred.
● At least 1 years of experience.
● At least 1 years of experience of managing counter/VM project independently.
● Clear understanding of retail operation, and sense of VM management.
