Responsibility:
• Deliver service parts and update kits to the customers via SAP to ensure a high delivery performance -dealing mostly with more complex orders / customers in a less integrated IT environment .
• Operationally handle all transports towards Siemens regional units in AP.
• Handle service part escalations if spare part is not available but customer needs it together with national and international partners (e.g.SE,SO, CS ML Germany).
• Represent CS ML AP Deliver in improvement projects driven by CS ML Germany.
• Support various continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior
通过SAP向客户交付服务部件和更新套件，以确保高交付性能——在集成程度较低的IT环境中处理更复杂的订单/客户。
运营处理所有向西门子在亚太区的区域单位的运输。
如果没有可用的备件，但客户需要，与国内和国际合作伙伴（如se，SO， CS ML德国）一起处理维修备件升级。
代表赛思ML AP交付由赛思ML德国推动的改进项目。
支持各种持续改进计划。

Requirements:
• > 5 years’ experience in respective process. Professional experience in dealing with customers / customer orders - preferable within Siemens Healthineers.
• > 5 years’ experience in handling logistical processes, service parts processes. Can also come from different process but should be willing to learn.
• Bachelor degree or above with major in logistics/supply chain management/International trade
• Good English both speaking and writing is mandatory
• Rich business in project coordination and Experience for the ERP will be a plus
5年以上相关工作经验。有处理客户/客户订单的专业经验-西门子医疗工程师优先考虑。
有5年的物流流程，维修零件流程经验。也可以来自不同的过程，但要乐于学习。
本科及以上学历，物流/供应链管理/国际贸易相关专业
良好的英语听说读写能力
具有丰富的项目协调经验和ERP经验者优先考虑
