岗位职责:

1.On-site equipment maintenance and ensure the normal production.
现场设备维修维护，确保产品正常生产
2.Maintain all production equipment /tool, ensure maintenance skills and meet the production requirements.
对生产设备/工具维修维护，确保设备/工具/技能等满足生产需求
3.Machine break down data collection and analysis
设备停机数据收集并分析
4.Develop equipment renovation and upgrading capability.
通过改进/改造提高设备相关的性能、能力
5.Develop TPM and reduce downtime caused by emergency failure
通过TPM管理减少设备故障停机
6.Optimize the equipment maintenance and management system.
优化设备维修流程及维修管理体系
7.Coach and training the engineer and technician.
辅导和发展工程师/技师进行技能提升

任职资格:
Education 教育: 中专以上，机电、维修相关专业。
Experiences 工作经验: 从事本岗位工作3年。
Special Knowledge 特别知识: 精通动力系统的运行及维护，熟悉本岗位设施设备性能，高效合理操作，熟悉机械/电气维修维护流程，实施日常维修维护。掌握水、暖、电、气、仪表、消防等专业知识。
Skills 技能: 良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，熟练使用计算机；有电工操作证或相关证件； 思路敏捷，动手能力强。

熟练掌握PLC、西门子相关系统。
