1.Coordinate entry and exit interviews with the Principal
2.Handle parent enquiries from existing and prospective parents in a timely manner
3.Document all queries raised by parents and bring to the attention of the School
Principal and the Marketing Manager
4.Provide translation in PSA and other parent/teacher meetings;
5.Coordinate annual school activities and events related to the promotion and marketing of the school in line with associated budgets
6.Coordinate advertising as requested by Marketing Manager
7.Keep track of the students’ movements
8.Handle all admission and withdrawal documents
9.Maintain current student class lists and keep teachers updated
10.Liaise with major Korean companies to secure relationships and enrolments
11.Other
tasks as assigned by Principal and the Marketing Manager
任职要求:
1.Minimum of Diploma in Marketing or Korean Language relevant field
2.At least 3years of related work experience
3.Fluent in Mandarin and Korean.
4.Fluent in written and spoken English
5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential in this role
6.Good communication and presentation skills
7.Willing to work under pressure
8.Prior work experience in a school environment will be most preferred
