岗位职责：

1. 负责维护、修理和运营物料（MRO）、外包服务及资本支出（Capex）的采购工作。

2. 了解上述项目的市场情况和供应商信息。

3. 基于事实和数据，为高层管理团队制定采购策略。

4. 在 SAP 系统中处理上述类别中的所有活动。

5. 跟进采购订单。

6. 开发新的采购工具。

7. 通过基准对比发现成本节约机会，并根据业务需求制定战略以实施成本节约项目。

8. 以专业的方式管理供应商，确保其提供公司所需的产品和服务。

9. 完成管理层或公司指派的其他相关职责。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科或同等学历，需具备5年以上采购相关工作经验。

2. 具有外资企业采购领域经验。

3. 熟练使用电子邮件、MS Word及Excel；必须掌握SAP或ERP系统操作。

4. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。

5. 能积极面对工作压力。

6. 为人诚实，注重事实依据。

7. 具备合作精神与团队意识。

8. 结果导向型。

Job Responsibilities:

1.Sourcing activities for MRO, sub-contracting, capex.

2.Understand the market and suppliers for the above mentioned items.

3.Propose sourcing strategy for the top management based on fact and data.

4.Handle all activities in SAP for the above category.

5. PO follow-up.

6.Develop new sourcing tools.

7.Identify saving opportunities by benchmarking and development of strategy to
deliver cost saving project based on business needs.

8.Manage the supplier in a professional manner and ensure they provide the
product and service the company requires.

9. Other works that the manangement or the company assigns to this position.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent. 5 + years working experience in purchasing is required.

2. Purchasing field in foreign-invested company.

3. Familiar with the operation of e-mail, MS Word and Excel. SAP or ERP experience is alsoa must.

4. English skill in reading, writing and speaking is required.

5. Positive attitude towards pressure.

6. Honest and fact based.

7. Cooperative and Teamwork.
