岗位职责：

1. 负责原材料采购（MRO）及服务类采购，处理部分固定资产采购。

2. 支持关联工厂的采购需求。

3. 跟进外包产品订单（如自粘产品、PU支撑件等）。

4. 负责工作订单材料采购。

5. 在SAP系统中为中国三家工厂创建新供应商。

6. 维护大中华区的SAP信息记录。

7. 专业管理供应商，维护良好关系，确保服务质量。

8. 协同各方确保采购物品价格最优、质量合格、交付及时。

9. 研究市场，通过比价寻找降本机会，达成公司成本节约目标。

10. 按时提交月度报告，及时有效地处理质量投诉。

11. 积极学习内外部资源，运用新工具或创新方法解决问题。

12. 管理采购文件，确保可追溯。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科及以上学历，2年以上外企采购相关工作经验。

2. 具有SAP或ERP系统经验者优先。

3. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力。

4. 具有良好的抗压能力，善于沟通与谈判、合作。

5. 勤奋、严谨、周到、思维敏捷。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle MRO and service purchases, and handle part of fixed asset purchases.

2. Support intercompany purchases for brother plants.

3. Follow up on subcontracting product orders (e.g., self-adhesive products, PU supports, etc.).

4. Manage jobbed material purchases.

5. Create new vendors in SAP for 3 China plants.

6. Maintain Info Records in SAP for Greater China.

7. Manage suppliers professionally and maintain good relationships to ensure service quality.

8. Work with relevant parties to ensure purchases are delivered with the best price, good quality, and on time.

9. Study the market and identify cost-saving opportunities through benchmarking to meet company targets.

10. Submit monthly reports on time and solve quality complaints promptly and efficiently.

11. Continuously learn from internal and external resources and solve problems with new tools or creative ideas.

12. Manage purchase documents and ensure traceability.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2+ years of purchasing experience in a foreign-invested company.

2. SAP or ERP experience is preferred.

3. English skills in reading, writing, and speaking are required.

4. Possess excellent stress-resistance skills, and be good at communication, negotiation, and collaboration.

5. Diligent, prudential, considerate, and intelligent.
