岗位职责:

1、 负责人类和宠物相关的基础研究及临床前文献搜集、整理及归纳总结的相关工作；

Responsible for human and pet-related basic research and preclinical literature collection, collation and summarization of related work

2、 了解体外、体内及临床研究技术、设计原则，根据需求与公司内外部资源进行实验研究设计，并进行研究项目执行与管理；

Understand in vitro, in vivo and clinical research techniques and design principles, plan experimental studies according to requirements with internal/external resources, and carry out project implementation and management.

3、 负责进行研究数据整理，研究成果的输出，包括科技文章及知识产权相关的资料撰写；

Responsible for research data collection, research output, including scientific and technical articles and intellectual property-related materials writing.

4、 参加国内外专业会议，收集并整理行业相关的最新研究资料和知识，了解市场上成人与宠物相关的食品和营养品的发展趋势；

Participate in professional conferences at home and abroad, collect and sort out the latest research data and knowledge related to the industry, and understand the development trend of adult and pet-related food and nutrition products in the market.

1、 营养学、医学、药学、食品科学与工程、生物学、微生物学、动物科学等相关专业等硕士或以上，博士优先；英语六级或以上，英语撰写及口语能力良好。

Master degree or above on Nutrition, Medicine, Pharmacy, Food Science and Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Animal Science etc, PhD is preferred; English level 6 or above, good English writing and speaking skills.

2、 硕士研究生应具有2年或以上的科学和创新研究工作经验，或应届博士毕业生；有完成或参与相关动物和临床试验经验者优先。

Master's degree holders should have 2 or more years of scientific and innovative research experience, or recent PhD graduates; experience in completing or participating in relevant animal and clinical trials is preferred.

3、 优秀的团队合作精神、跨部门沟通合作能力和多任务组织协调能力

Excellent team work spirit, cross-function team communication skills and multi-task organizational skills within a fast-paced environment.
