Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Data Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying stakeholders, driving process knowledge, collaborating with business teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations through robust system support. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and consistency of our master data, supporting our healthcare business processes, and fostering a culture of data excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

1.Stakeholder Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage with all stakeholders and process teams related to Master Data. Ensure clear communication and alignment with their needs and expectations.

2.Process Knowledge and Expertise: Build and drive Master Data process knowledge and subject matter expertise within the organization. Act as a go-to resource for Master Data-related queries and best practices.

3.Data Alignment and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business and process teams to ensure alignment of data requirements related to Master Data. Facilitate discussions and workshops to understand and document data needs.

4.Governance and Documentation: Document and manage all governance requirements related to Master Data. Ensure compliance with data policies and standards, and maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures.

5.IT System Solutions: Design and implement IT system solutions in MDM (Master Data Management) that support the business process needs of Healthcare. Work with IT teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing systems and workflows.

6.Operational Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations through systems support, including helpdesk and general troubleshooting. Provide timely assistance to resolve data-related issues and minimize disruptions.

7.Team Support and Supervision: Support assigned team members through work direction and supervision. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to help team members grow and excel in their roles.


Qualifications:

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.

3.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies, strong understanding of data governance principles, and experience with IT system integration.

4.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving abilities.

5.Certifications: Relevant certifications in data management or MDM (e.g., DAMA, CDMP) are a plus.
