Position Overview
This role serves as a key linchpin for the Marketing Department in cross-departmental strategic collaboration and project advancement. You will not only be responsible for the daily meeting coordination and administrative tasks but will also act as a central hub, deeply involved in coordinating key projects between the Brand Department and critical units such as the Cross-border Business Department and Sales Middle Office, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution. This requires a professional perspective in marketing and branding, exceptional project management skills, and high-level communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination and Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for designated projects, proactively coordinating with multiple departments including the Brand Team, Cross-border Business Department, Sales Middle Office, Product Department, and Digital Marketing Department to facilitate collaboration, resolve bottlenecks, integrate resources, and drive the implementation of complex initiatives.
- Prepare project review reports, extract insights and lessons learned, and provide references for future strategies.
2. Administration and Meeting Support
- Efficiently manage the line manager’s schedule, meeting arrangements, and travel itineraries.
- Organize and prepare marketing meetings and cross-departmental coordination sessions, draft precise meeting minutes, develop clear task lists, and follow up until completion.
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing relevant business documents, reports, and presentation materials.
3. Information Integration and Strategic Support
- Participate in initial discussions on branding strategies within the Marketing Department, compile competitor analysis, industry reports, and internal business data, and provide actionable recommendations from a coordination and execution perspective.
4. Process and Knowledge Management
- Optimize cross-departmental collaboration processes to enhance information flow and decision-making efficiency.
- Assist in managing important knowledge assets and project archives within the Marketing Department.
Qualifications
1. Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising & Communication is prefered.
2. Work Experience and Professional Competence
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing or branding departments, with an understanding of the fundamental logic, processes, and key metrics of marketing and branding work.
- Prior experience as a Marketing Director Assistant, or in a similar high-level executive support role is preferred, with familiarity with senior-level workflow and communication contexts.
3. Core Skills & Abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues at all levels, especially department heads, to drive consensus and achieve results.
- Demonstrated good skills in cross-departmental, multi-threaded project coordination.
