Key Responsibilities
1. Mega Brand Strategy Implementation and Asset Development
1) Thoroughly interpret the Mega brand’s annual strategy, assist in the development and execution of Mega brand marketing campaigns. Strong project time management skills to ensure timely delivery.
2) Establish and continuously update Mega brand asset pool to ensure consistency in communications both internally and with consumers.
2. Mega Brand Content Creation and Material Management
1) Collaborate with advertising agencies and internal teams to consistently deliver Mega Brand content, enhancing the Mega brand's image as a nutrition expert.
2) Establishing an efficient way to distribute Mega brand assets and content.
3. New Product Launch Project
1) Support the end-to-end management of new product launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete the preparation of core resources, such as sell-in deck and listing materials.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time). A degree in Marketing, Economics & Management or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Over 3 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry; experience in the IMF/nutrition product industry is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in new product launches or content marketing projects is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Experienced in utilizing industry and consumer research tools/methods, with proven ability to analyze and mine data to extract actionable insights.
- Project Management: Adept at managing multiple work streams simultaneously, with a track record of efficiently driving the end-to-end execution of brand initiatives—from planning and implementation to post-campaign analysis.
- Content Innovation & Creation: Highly attuned to evolving social trends and cross-industry dynamics, with the ability to develop high-quality, engaging marketing content that resonates with target users while maintaining brand consistency.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Possess strong risk awareness, capable of identifying and quantifying potential timeline and progress risks, and developing practical mitigation strategies.
- Rapid Learning & Application: Demonstrated ability to quickly master product-specific knowledge and brand-related
professional domains, and effectively apply this learning to real-world projects.
