1. Reporting to Engineering & Quality Department Manager of TAK International Trading (Tianjin) Co. Ltd., the QI is responsible for quality check of products to be exported from China to North American and other markets in the world.
2.In conjunction with the Engineering & Quality Department Manager, G.M. of TAK Tianjin and the Senior Management of TAK International Ltd. in Edmonton, and on an annual basis, the QI will follow the quality requirements of clients and set a plan.
The plan must be submitted no later than the end of each year, together with
annual work review report and the annual expense summary report.
3. Ensure all technical specs and drawings are understood clearly between customers and suppliers to avoid any potential mistakes.
4. Ensure samples are made in accordance with agreed specs and drawings. Perform initial inspection of samples prior to releasing samples to customers.
Submit sample inspection report when appropriate.
5.Communicate on real time basis any quality issues arising from production with customers and provide recommendations where appropriate
6. Travel, as necessary, to visit suppliers to check quality of products.
7. Issue Quality Certificate prior to each shipment. It is TAK’s corporate policy that no shipment shall be released without a Quality Certificate.
8. Identify and report new opportunities for the company that fall within the existing business and/or that compliment our objectives and talents of TAK management.
9. Support the concept of teamwork with respect to assisting other offices or individuals in achieving success in their area.
Requirements:
1.Engineering education background (major of mechanical or industrial design is preferred).
2.Skilled on Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
3. Basic English reading and writing.
4.Experience of inspection on machining parts and/or furniture is preferred.
5.AutoCAD and/or Solidworks/UG, etc. is preferred.
6.Salary can be discussed according to experience
7.Candidate who’s willing to relocate to GuangDong is preferred
