1.Full-time bachelor degree or above of science and engineering, major in electrical, mechanical and material is preferred.
2.More than 8 years working experience as quality manager in manufacturing enterprises, multinational enterprise working experience is preferred.
3. Master in the application of five quality tools （SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP）, and seven QC methods. Hold 6 sigma black belt certificate and have training and teaching experience.
4.Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949 quality management system.
5.Rigorous logical thinking, strong ability of data analysis and processing.
6.Strong ability of communication, coordination and organization.
7.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, strong oral communication skills.
