职位描述
1. Strictly compliance with OTIS Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
严格遵守OTIS道德规范。
2. Responsible for the implementation of Otis' Environmental Safety (EH&S) policies and regulations, the company's safety procedures, and local safety policies and regulations, and actively support and participate in the company's environmental health and safety activities.
负责贯彻实施奥的斯公司的环境安全(EH&S)政策和法规、公司的安全规程,以及当地的安全政策和法规,积极支持和参与公司的环境健康安全活动。
3. Strictly compliance with OTIS global energy managing regulations, enforcement of company energy managing policy, report any energy managing issues in work place.
严格遵守OTIS全球能源管理规定,执行公司制定的能源管理政策。及时向直接主管报告工作区域内发生的各类能源管控存在的问题。
4 Review negotiation projects technical requirement to provide deviation design proposals. Be responsible for negotiation project technical items clarification . Provide technically support for new projects during negotiation and quotation stage. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects. Communicate with sales representatives and oversea customers to promote OTIS China product.
评审新梯询价项技术规格,提供对应的非标设计方案。负责新梯销售项目的技术咨询工作,并对相关技术点加以澄清、阐述和说明。在新项目协商和报价阶段,为项目提供技术支持。对复杂项目的跨部门评审工作进行协调和管理。与销售代表和海外客户积极沟通,推行宣传公司产品。
5. Review and confirm the technical items of contract. Confirm deviation solution during contract negotiation phase and revise deviation design solution according to changes. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects.
评审并确认合同技术规格信息。在合同协商阶段中,与客户确认非标设计方案并根据客户需求的变更来相应更改非标设计方案。对复杂项目的跨部门评审工作进行协调和管理。
6, Design layout proposal for new negotiation projects or review customer’s layout drawings during projects negotiation phase. Communicate with oversea customer to work out an agreed layout design for quotation.
为新梯询价项目设计电、扶梯土建布置,或在项目协商过程中审核客户发来的土建布置。与海外客户进行沟通,为销售报价提供客户认可的土建布局。
7, Confirm customer’s layout drawing or create layout drawings for contracts according to agreed product configuration and design proposals.
根据客户已认可的产品配置及设计方案,为合同执行项目提供电、扶梯土建布局,或审核确认客户发来的土建布局图。
8,Once deviation solution and layout is finalized, make a Bill of Materials (BOM) and send to finance for pricing, for both new negotiation project and contracts.
当新梯询价项目/合同执行项目非标设计方案及土建图纸最终完成时,制作对应的物料明细询价单(BOM)并发送至财务进行核价。
9、Be capable to travel to oversea alone for project negotiation technical support, product training and etc. Capability to lead project for value engineering and for complicated technical solution
能单独出差海外进行项目谈判技术支持、产品培训等任务。有能力领导进行产品方案、价格优化来获取竞争力,领导为复杂项目提供技术解决方案

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:
Education/Certificate 教育背景/资质
Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related, Bachelor or above
机械、电电气类相关专业,大学本科或以上。
Experience 工作经验
At least 3 years work experience. Experience in elevator industry will be a plus.
至少3年工作经验。有电梯行业工作经验者将优先考虑。
Knowledge专业知识 :
Good at Writing in English. Fluent in speaking English
擅长英语写作,口语流利。
Good at Auto CAD and M.S office. Good at VB will be a plus
擅长Auto CAD和微软Office操作;擅长VB编程者将优先考虑。
Others其他
Good at communication ;Team work; Willing to take responsibility; w/ project management skill
善于交流;有团队合作精神;责任心强,,有项目管理能力
