Duties, Responsibilities :
? Leading hardware design of electronic circuits to meeting target of quality, schedule and cost.
? Develop the test plan and setup test environments to enable efficient performance and reliability testing.
? Execute test procedures and document the results.
? Creation of detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, design documentation, basic data, user’s manuals, etc.
? To prepare related documents to support product release process, cost down and engineering change.
? Maintain information such as part numbers, certificates of IoT products.
? Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Qualifications:
? Electronics or Electrical engineering education background, Master is preferred.
? Experiences in network industries is preferred.
? 5+ years in electronics engineering.
? Experiences in schematic and PCBA design.
? Experiences in hardware test plan compiling, test conducting and debugging.
? Familiar with high frequency signal design rules, parameters.
? Good awareness of SI/PI design, familiar with EMC/EMI design & testing.
? Familiar with wireless communication circuits and antenna application/specifications.
? Familiar with hardware project management progress.
? Good English skill in reading (especially part datasheet) and writing.
? Computer Skills: Cadence tools set, Microsoft office tool set.
? Sense of ownership and responsibility, result oriented.
